Start free 01 What’s an active contact? Anyone who messages or comments in a month, counted once however many channels they use. Your own replies and messages from before you connected never count.
02 What happens when I reach my active contacts? Messages and comments keep arriving. On Free, you can reply to new people again next month. On a paid plan, add 500 more for £8, or let them be added automatically, up to a limit you set.
03 Do spam comments count? No. Comments our AI marks as spam or abuse don’t count as active contacts, so a wave of bots never costs you anything.
04 Do you charge for each conversation Dot resolves? No. Dot’s answers count as AI replies, which every plan includes. There’s no extra charge per conversation.
05 What does WhatsApp cost? Meta gives every number 1,000 free replies a month. After that, and for messages you start, you pay Meta directly at its own prices. We add nothing.
06 Can I change plan later? Yes, whenever you like. Stripe works out the difference when you move up, and you can cancel from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
07 Is there a free trial? The free plan is free for as long as you like, with no card needed. Each account has one free workspace.
